So... I'm joining the Air Force... going to MEPS tomorrow. Wednesday I'm flying to Texas to go to a gaming convention. Aaaand somewhere between June and August I should be going to basic training... eep.

So I've been pretty unhappy this semester between not wanting to go to college (because I felt burned out after high school and I don't know what I want to do with my life yet), being unemployed, having my mom lose her job, and more but something good finally happened.  The last month I've been working for a new company in a seasonal position, which is not that great.  I work at a call center and deal with several unsatisfied customers a day wanting to take out their frustration on someone, and because this job is seasonal I don't really get sick days.  We're also in our "Black-out" season where no one is supposed to get any vacation time. Quit my job with Vector today because they cost me more than they paid me. Dropping out of College Algebra because, despite my ACT scores placing me in the class, today's assessment test showed that I won't pass it comfortably. I've been job hunting for weeks and even though several places have told me to call back at such and such time, they always fill the position with someone else by the time I call. The only thing keeping me going is the thought that now that I'm out of high school my mom and step-dad can pursue finding a job in England.  In which case, I could either stay here on my own or drop college and move to the UK with them. B
